Most residential garages take 30 to 90 minutes depending on volume and sorting. Send wide photos for a time estimate.
Do I need to bag everything first?
No. Organized piles help, but our crew can load loose items. Let us know about nails, chemicals, or hazardous materials before we arrive.
How much does a garage cleanout cost?
A garage cleanout follows the household truck card. Small piles are $179 or $299. A half load is $469, a 3/4 load is $629, and a full load is $739. Each extra full load is $650. One leftover item is $99. Prices are all-in with HST included. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
How do you calculate a garage price?
We look at how much of the truck the pile fills, not at an hourly rate. Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Wide photos of the garage set the tier. We confirm the price before we load.
Do I need to be home for a garage cleanout?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
What will you not take from a garage?
Paint, fuel, propane, chemicals, and other hazardous waste stay behind. Ordinary junk, shelving, sports gear, and broken equipment can go.
