Question
How much does a garage cleanout cost?
A garage cleanout is priced by how much of the truck the pile fills, all-in with HST included. Small piles are $179 or $299, a half load is $469, a 3/4 load is $629, and a full load is $739.
A single item is $99. A 1/8 load is $179, a 1/4 load is $299, and a 1/2 load is $469. A 3/4 load is $629. A full load is $739, and each extra full load is $650. Prices are all-in with HST included. The minimum is $99. You do not have to bag everything. Wide photos of the whole garage set the tier, and we confirm the price before we load. Paint, fuel, propane, chemicals, and other hazardous waste stay behind.
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
