Small tear-out piles are $99 to $150 before HST. A full load of light mixed debris is $650 to $850 before HST. We do not price structural demolition. Quote confirmed from photos.

Do you demolish buildings or just haul the debris?
We haul demolition debris and handle site cleanup after a tear-out. We do not perform structural demolition. Send photos of the pile so we can quote truck volume and access.
Can you clear a job site the same day as a tear-out?
Request a quote and check availability. We do not promise same-day service. Send photos of the pile on the quote form and we confirm the price before we load. We do not take hazardous waste.
How do I get a demolition debris price?
Send photos of the pile and the loading path on the quote form. We confirm the price before we load. We haul debris that is already down. We do not perform structural demolition.
Does someone need to be on site for a debris haul?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
What will you not haul?
We do not take hazardous waste, wet paint, fuel, propane, or chemicals. If you are unsure, send a photo before you book. We do not remove load-bearing walls, roofs, foundations, or slabs.
