Can you work in tight basement staircases?
Yes. Photos of stairs and doorways help us plan crew size. Stairs on a load are $50 to $100 extra per flight. A basement carry-out is $75 to $150 extra on a load. Quote confirmed from photos.
Do you offer same-day basement cleanouts?

How is a basement cleanout priced?
Junk 'Of' Urs prices a basement cleanout by truck volume. A single item is $99. A 1/8 load is $179, a 1/4 load is $299, and a 1/2 load is $469. A 3/4 load is $629. A full load is $739, and each extra full load is $650. Prices are all-in with HST included. The minimum is $99. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate. Send photos and we confirm the price before we load.
Do I need to be home for a basement cleanout?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
What should I mark before a basement cleanout?
Mark anything you are keeping. We only load what you approve. A clear path up the stairs helps.
