FAQ
How do you price estate cleanouts?
We use truck volume. A walkthrough or detailed photos help us estimate. Multi-day jobs are quoted upfront when possible.
Can you leave items for family review?
Yes. Mark keep piles before we arrive or walk through with our lead on site. We only load what you approve.
What are the truck prices for an estate cleanout?
A full load is $739. Each extra full load on the same job is $650. Smaller loads use the same household tiers: $179, $299, $469, and $629. A single leftover item is $99. Prices are all-in with HST included. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
Do I need to be home for an estate cleanout?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
How do you price more than one truck on an estate cleanout?
Each extra full load on the same job is $650, all-in with HST included. Photos of each room set the number of loads before we start. We confirm the price before we load.
Is an estate cleanout a franchise booking?
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Request a quote with photos. We confirm the price before we load.
