Do I need to be home for junk removal?
Someone who can approve what leaves should be there, or you can leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so when you request the quote so we can confirm entry and what stays.
Condos often need a person for the door and the elevator. A house can be cleared from a driveway pile when you have already approved the load in writing.
We confirm the price before we load either way. Mark anything that stays.
