Question
How much does an estate cleanout cost?
An estate cleanout is priced by truck volume, all-in with HST included. A full load is $739, each extra full load on the same job is $650, and smaller piles use the same tiers from $179 to $629.
A single item is $99. A 1/8 load is $179, a 1/4 load is $299, and a 1/2 load is $469. A 3/4 load is $629. A full load is $739, and each extra full load is $650. Prices are all-in with HST included. The minimum is $99. Photos of each room, or a walkthrough, set the number of loads before we start. Mark anything the family is keeping. We only load what you approve.
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
