Drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, and mixed job-site waste hauled from homes and light commercial projects across the GTA. Light demolition leftovers and tear-out piles are welcome when they are already down.
Small mixed renovation piles are $99 to $150 before HST. A full load of light mixed debris is $650 to $850 before HST. Quote confirmed from photos.

Do you take renovation debris bagged in the driveway?
Yes. Curbside piles and driveway stacks are fine. Heavy material such as tile or concrete uses a heavy call-out of $300 to $450 before HST, then about $100 to $160 per tonne. Quote confirmed from photos.
Is asbestos or hazardous waste accepted?
No. Hazardous materials require specialist contractors. Tell us if you suspect asbestos before booking.
How do I get a price for renovation debris?
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Send photos of the pile and the access path. We confirm the price before we load. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
Does someone need to be on site for a debris pickup?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
What will you not haul from a renovation?
We do not take hazardous waste, wet paint, fuel, propane, or chemicals. If you are unsure, send a photo before you book. We do not remove building structure.
