Typical property clears
Unit turnovers
A tenant has moved out and left furniture or boxes in the unit. Name the unit on the quote form.
Lockers and storage cages
A locker or storage cage is full and has to be cleared before the next resident.
Common areas
Items left in a hallway, lobby, or common room have to go. Include them on the quote form.

What if a load is over 1 tonne?
A full load includes up to 1 tonne. Over 1 tonne is $160 per tonne. Extra volume is $299 per quarter truck. A full load is about 15 cubic yards.
How many pickups are in a week?
Basic is $749 a week, with up to 2 pickups and up to 1 full truck load. Pro is $1,449 a week, with up to 4 pickups and up to 2 full truck loads. Pro is labeled Best for active sites. Loading and dump fees are included.
