FAQ
Do you take loose branches and bagged leaves?
Yes. Stack branches and bag loose debris when you can. Mixed piles with patio furniture or fence boards are fine. We do not take hazardous chemicals or large stumps that need a machine.
Can you haul yard waste from a backyard with no side access?
Often yes. Tell us about gates, stairs, and how far the pile is from the truck. A long carry is $39 extra per brush load beyond 25 m, or $79 beyond 50 m. Quote confirmed from photos.
How is yard debris priced?
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Send photos of the pile, the gate, and the distance to the truck. We confirm the price before we load. Whitby and Oshawa include a travel add-on, so a price for those cities is confirmed from photos and is not listed as a flat rate.
Do I need to be home for yard debris removal?
Someone who can approve the load should be there, or leave written instructions and access notes with the quote. If you cannot be home, say so on the quote form so we can confirm entry and what stays.
What yard waste will you not take?
We do not take soil, rocks, or hazardous waste, and we do not take stumps that need a machine. Branches, bagged yard waste, and broken patio furniture can go when the photos match the pile.
Is yard debris removal a local crew?
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Request a quote with photos. We confirm the price before we load.
