What usually needs to go before photos

Old furniture is the usual start. A sofa the seller is not keeping. A bed in a spare room. A dresser that will not be part of the staging. Boxes in a corner, a closet, or a hallway. A broken appliance in the kitchen, the laundry room, or the garage. Basement clutter and garage clutter show up in a wide photo even when the living room looks calm.

When several listings are going at once

Agents or teams with several listings going at once can use the Site Clear Plan. Basic is $749 a week, with up to 2 pickups and up to 1 full truck load. Pro is $1,449 a week, with up to 4 pickups and up to 2 full truck loads. A full load is about 15 cubic yards, with up to 1 tonne included. Over 1 tonne is $160 per tonne.
