Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. Vaughan houses in Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, and Vellore Village often have a driveway that fits the truck, plus a garage or basement pile. Concord adds renovation leftovers after a basement finish. Condos around Vaughan Metropolitan Centre usually need a booked elevator. Patterson streets can mean a longer carry from a backyard or a finished basement. Send wide photos of the pile and the path. We confirm the price before we load. Nothing is added for a franchise fee. A Vaughan house can set a mattress, chair, or table at the curb on a scheduled garbage day. Each piece counts as one item toward the three-item garbage limit. Keep it dry, and keep each item at or under 68 kg (150 lb). Set it out by 7 a.m. A two-piece toilet has to be taken apart. The City can refuse an unsafe, overweight, or oversized item. Large appliances, including a fridge or dishwasher, are a Thursday appointment and are not part of that curb limit. Condos around Vaughan Metropolitan Centre use the building's booking and a booked elevator, not the house curb. A garage cleanout or a basement full of furniture is a crew visit: we carry it out and load it once.
