Household junk removal in North York is priced by how much of the truck the pile fills, all-in with HST included. A single item is $99, a 1/8 load is $179, a 1/4 load is $299, a 1/2 load is $469, a 3/4 load is $629, a full load is $739, and each extra full load is $650. The minimum is $99.
Junk 'Of' Urs is a locally owned GTA crew, with no franchise fees or franchise markups. North York work is high-rise condos along Yonge, Sheppard, and Finch, including Willowdale, detached houses in Don Mills, York Mills, and Bathurst Manor, and townhomes in Downsview and Emery. Send photos of the pile, the floor, and any elevator or stairs. We confirm the price before anything is loaded. Nothing is added for a franchise fee.
A North York house on City of Toronto curbside collection can set furniture, a mattress, or an appliance beside the garbage bin on garbage day. The City's oversized-item page says to leave 0.5 metres of space, with no garbage tag and no appointment. Carpet and underpad have to be tied in rolls no longer than 1.2 m (4 ft) and under 20 kg (44 lb). Take the doors off a fridge or oven, and leave propane tanks behind. A condo or apartment follows the building's bulk-item rule. Willowdale and Sheppard towers usually need a booked elevator. A crew carries the load from the suite, garage, or basement and loads it on one visit.
