Question
How much does junk removal cost in Ajax?
The Ajax price is the published truck share, all-in with HST included. Start at $99 for a single item. A 1/8 load is $179, a 1/4 load is $299, a 1/2 load is $469, a 3/4 load is $629, and a full load is $739, plus $650 for each extra full load. The minimum charge is $99.
Ajax jobs are handled by a locally owned GTA crew. Nothing is added to the truck tier for a franchise fee or a franchise markup. South Ajax lease turnovers, lakeside couches and mattresses, Harwood and Audley garage and basement piles, Nottingham renovation leftovers, and Carruthers Creek yard waste are the usual clear-outs. A landlord who needs a unit empty for the next showing can put that whole pile on one visit. Name the neighbourhood, show the pile, and point out a backyard shed if the items are back there. The price is locked from those photos before loading. A cheapest junk removal in Ajax search is answered by this card, because HST is already inside each tier.
On an Ajax house, Region of Durham takes up to two pieces of furniture on garbage week, every other week, with no appointment if they are at the curb by 7 a.m. The list covers a chair, a recliner, a coffee table, a mattress, a box spring, a dresser, and an entertainment unit, and a separate truck does that pickup. Stoves, washers, and refrigerators are metal goods: they need an appointment, the fridge has to be empty with the door off, and there is no item limit on that metal pickup. Apartment and townhouse sites that the Region has approved can place large items out on the regular collection day, in a designated spot rather than in the waste bin, and the property manager arranges the building's waste. Renovation and construction waste is not accepted in those bins. A full unit turnover, a Harwood garage, or a sofa that is still in a lakeside living room is outside that two-item curb, so the crew carries the approved load and puts it on the truck in one visit.
